Hi! I'm currently chasing convexity through systems managing over $150M in value across mrgn group. Here is a bit of my background, some media, some writing, and answers to questions you might have:
Work
Presently, I'm iterating in a nascent industry with a shrewd team at the intersection of finance & permissionless systems. Previously, I built a hedge fund, sold a healthtech company, & grew orgs at-scale before dropping out to invest & work in Web3.
Contact
I get a lot of email, so here I'll set expectations for those reaching out (and selfishly guard my time). If you are contacting me for one of the following reasons, please take a look at my response before doing so.
I prefer founders who are building complementary solutions to things I have enabled. I can't promise feedback, but please do email me your deck or idea!
I will consider the opportunity if it aligns with my interests. It's usually better if I have a personal relationship with the organizer or if it's a smaller audience of <50 attendees.
I prioritize conversations with those who have dropped out. Unless a degree is critical to what you do, I may not have the bandwidth to chat if you are currently enrolled.
I am focused on building mission-critical systems right now, but if you still feel like I could be uniquely positioned to help, please do reach out.
News
Sometimes people write about me or the stuff I work on. I welcome thoughtful criticism and debate, and I especially enjoy content formatted for new, untapped markets. Here are a few of those pieces I have remembered to save:
Select Investments
I'm excited about backing experienced founders with democratized solutions to massive problems. As an advisor, I can help with growth, fundraising & partnerships. Right now, I am only investing in companies and protocols that I, mrgn labs, or mrgn research can use to amplify our work.
Writing
Dating
Do not be afraid to reach out. I am attracted to driven, smart, creative women. I am currently 23 years old, 6ft 1in, and athletic. I deeply love my dog Bō, Coldplay, Damien Chazelle, Christopher Nolan, Pink Floyd, Denis Villeneuve, Niels Frahm, Max Cooper, Armin van Buuren, and — most of all — learning new things.
